Booking

*Booking appointments through the website is highly encouraged, to ensure convenience and availability.
*Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify the details and inform me of any changes within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellations &Rescheduling

*A 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
*Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, will result in a $50 charge.
*Reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, will result in additional 30 % deposit. I will work to accommodate your new preferred time, based on availability.
*Fees will be automatically charged to last used card on file.

Deposit & Payment

*A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, to confirm your slot. This will be deducted from your total service price.
*Payment method for deposit and remaining balance is debit or credit card ONLY. The remaining balance is due once your service is done and marked as complete.
*Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with your service.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

*There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please communicate if you feel that you are going to be late. If you are 15-minutes late, you will receive a cancellation message for you cancelled appointment. You may reschedule, with paying another deposit, if you communicate.
*If you still have not communicated with me after 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 75% of your remaining balance and banned from booking future appointments. YOU ARE NOW CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW.
